Boba Air Review

As the weather heats up and everyone begins to venture outdoors once more, the question of which carriers work best for the heat, in/around water, and while traveling come up many times each week. One great carrier for all three of these situations is the Boba Air Carrier.

The Boba Air is made of 100% Nylon, which is easy to clean, quick to dry, and rugged. It is very light, just 0.7 pounds and folds up compactly into a zippered pouch built into the body, which doubles as a small, zippered storage pocket when in use. It has a hood and uses duraflex buckles and YKK zippers. It can do front or back carries and fits a wide range of sizes - 15-45 lbs for kiddos, the waistband fits 25" to 58", and the shoulder straps comfortably fit heights 5'0" to 6'3".

With a little bit of attention, it is easy to maneuver in and out of the storage pouch, taking less than a minute to do. While there is no padding in the straps, waist or outer edge of the carrier body, most kiddos and wearers and very comfortable. I am pleasantly surprised each time I wear this carrier and feel how comfy it is! Now that my youngest is 3 years old, it has been by go to carrier to take out and about as it fits right in my purse so it's right at hand when I need it.

My only negative with this carrier is that the lower carrier body, where my older child's leg comes out on each side, can be a bit diggy. My daughter mentioned that it was uncomfortable for her. Now, she is 5 years old and right at the tippy top of the weight range, (45lbs), so she is right there to outgrowing this carrier. My 3 year old (28lbs) does not encounter the same issue, and loves it.

Overall, a great choice for a wide variety of wearers and their little ones. You just can't beat the compact size and lightweight comfort!
